Santos’ organisation structure has been designed to drive business performance through business units and excellence in the way we conduct our business through disciplines.

The structure comprises four asset-based business units:

• Eastern Australia
• Western Australia and Northern Territory
• Asia
• GLNG. 

These business units are backed up by a corporate core of:

• Strategy, Finance and Communications
• Legal, Corporate Development and Commercial
• Human Resources.

There are also two specialist disciplines that drive excellence:

• Technical (includes drilling; project management office; reservoir and technical engineering; environment, health, safety and sustainability; clean energy; IT; and procurement and logistics)
• Exploration.
