The UCL School of Energy and Resources Australia (UCL SERAus) is the university’s first overseas campus in its 180-year history.
Santos’ contribution will go towards establishing the UCL SERAus in the heart of Adelaide, scholarships, research funds, and the professorial chair.
UCL SERAus will become a collaborative hub for academics, industry and government to work together in tackling long-term issues such as carbon emissions and clean energy.
The school plans to offer an industry-focused MSc in Energy and Resources and a range of development courses, and will undertake research and policy development in energy and resources issues.
